HR Generalist

This is a Full-Time Position, Remote position. Remote and Hybrid Work Positions require that you have a home office capable of being shielded from outside noise and influence, you have complete privacy and physical security at your home, and the ability to have adequate internet access for the job role.
Job Description
Participate in advising and managing client HR and Talent operations.
Assist and lead clients with overall HR strategy and function in alignment with their business goals and objectives.
Assist in the execution of strategies for workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, leadership development, and succession planning.
Work with other team members and work directly with clients on maintaining compensation strategies, including wage banding, LTIP, and STIP programs.
Assist clients with recruitment efforts, recruitment marketing, and assisting in talent retention strategies.
Assist clients in candidate engagement, interviews, and screening engagements.
Work with clients and implement workforce strategies and career development pathways.
Work with clients to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws, including wage and hour regulations, and EEO/AA requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 2 Years of experience in a Human Resource Generalist role, supporting HR and Talent Recruiting Functions.
- You must possess a “Client First” mindset.
- You must own your roles and responsibilities.
- You must own your clients and their responsibilities including being forward-looking and taking proactive approach’s to managing assets and services under your care.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, organizational development, and performance management.
- Excellent understanding of organizational effectiveness and change management processes.
- Prioritize clients, tasks, and projects and execute on those priorities accordingly.
- Ability to meet deadlines with clients, projects, and related assignments.
- Delegate tasks within the team as needed.
- Having worked in a highly motivated, fast-paced, critical HR or Recruitment role.
- Excellent decision-making and critical-thinking skills.
- Able to adapt quickly to changing environments.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Some roles require that you are available to clients outside your normal working hours.
- Must be an energetic and highly motivated self-starter.
- Must be self-motivated and have a positive attitude.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Must have the ability to multi-task with multiple clients and projects.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively with others.
Preferred Skillsets and Disciplines
These are preferred skillsets and attributes but are not required but are considered favorable for the right candidate.
- Professional Certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR.
- Professional Accreditation as a Paralegal.
- Experience with HR Technologies and Application Platforms.
- Proven successful project management skills and ability to jump into projects at various stages.
- Prior experience with developing and implementing HR strategies locally and across the organization including but not limited to managing strategy and critical areas, strategic workforce planning, retention strategies, identifying critical organizational capabilities.
- Expert knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Expert knowledge of local and federal employment laws within various industries.
- Ability to manage and navigate multiple ongoing issues and complex employee relations matters.
